Roswell Reads, in partnership with the City of Roswell and Bookmiser, will host an in-person Special Edition presentation by Charles Frazier, the National Book Award-winning author of Cold Mountain and four other novels. He will discuss his latest work, The Trackers, April 7 at 4 p.m. at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. Frazier’s appearance will be moderated by Dr. Gina Caison, the Kenneth M.
